Quick Mama Tips
small reminders for the hard days ♡
Pregnancy
- ♡Stay hydrated — aim for 8–10 cups of water a day.
- ♡Rest when you can. Your body is doing something incredible.
- ♡Talk to your provider about any anxiety or mood changes — it's more common than you think.
- ♡Let people help you. You don't have to do this alone.
Postpartum
- ♡The fourth trimester is real. Give yourself grace.
- ♡Sleep deprivation affects your mood — ask for help at night when you can.
- ♡Postpartum mood disorders are medical conditions, not character flaws.
- ♡Eating even small, nourishing meals makes a bigger difference than you realize.
Self-Care
- ♡10 minutes alone still counts as self-care.
- ♡Your feelings are valid — even the hard ones.
- ♡Connection matters. Reach out to even one person this week.
- ♡You cannot pour from an empty cup, mama.
